Declaration Preparation
Assista prepares your required customs declaration using the information and supporting documentation you provide — as a standalone service, without necessarily purchasing complete import-clearance management.
Clients who already have their documentation together and need the declaration itself prepared.
You want a professionally prepared declaration, whether or not Assista handles the full clearance.
Request Declaration Preparation. Assista reviews your documentation and prepares the declaration for submission.
Declaration Submission
Formal submission of your customs declaration through Click2Clear, for eligible clients and files whose documentation and declaration are ready.
Clients with a prepared, complete declaration ready to go to Customs.
Your declaration is prepared and you need it formally submitted for Customs processing.
Assista confirms your file meets documentation and readiness requirements, then submits through Click2Clear.
Import Clearance
End-to-End Clearance, Managed for You
Assista's principal Phase I services — guided from documentation through to release.
Individuals who need help clearing a personal shipment.
You want Assista to manage your personal import from start to finish, rather than handling each step separately.
